कोरोना की मार झेल रहे गरीबों को मोदी सरकार ने बड़ी राहत दी है. प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत 1 लाख 70 हजार करोड़ के आर्थिक पैकेज का ऐलान किया गया है. इसके साथ ही कोरोना वॉरियर्स के लिए 50 लाख रुपये के मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस का भी सरकार ने ऐलान किया है.
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण आर्थिक पैकेज का ऐलान
Medical Insurance : वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गुरुवार को कहा कि कोरोना से जंग लड़ रही आशा कार्यकर्ताओं, स्वच्छता कर्मचारियों, मेडिकल और पैरा-मेडिकल स्टाफ के लिए 50 लाख रुपये के बीमा कवर का ऐलान किया जाता है. इसका फायदा 20 लाख मेडिकल स्टाफ और कोरोना वॉरियर्स को मिलेगा.
दरअसल, अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर देश के मेडिकल, पैरा-मेडिकल, सफाई कर्मी समेत आशा कर्मियां दिन-रात काम कर रही हैं. इन कर्मचारियों की हौसला अफजाई के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 23 मार्च को एक मुहिम भी चलाई थी. जनता कर्फ्यू के दौरान लोगों ने 5 बजे 5 मिनट तक ताली और थाली बजाकर कोरोना वॉरियर्स को सैल्यूट किया था.
विपक्ष की ओर से इन कोरोना वॉरियर्स के लिए आर्थिक पैकेज की मांग की जा रही थी. सरकार ने एक कदम आगे बढ़ाते हुए देश के सभी कोरोना वॉरियर्स को मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस कवर का तोहफा दिया है. अगर उनके साथ कोई भी घटना होती है तो उनके परिवार को 50 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक मदद मिलेगी.
सरकार ने किए कई ऐलान
इसके अलावा सरकार ने गरीबों, किसानों, मजदूरों और महिलाओं के लिए बड़ा ऐलान किया है. गरीबों को अगले तीन महीने तक 5 किलो चावल या गेहूं और एक किलो दाल दिया जाएगा. वहीं, किसानों को किसान सम्मान निधि की पहली किस्त अभी दी जाएगी. इसके अलावा मनरेगा मजदूरी को बढ़ाकर 202 रुपया कर दिया गया है.
