Hanta Virus: सीडीसी के मुताबिक हंता वायरस जानलेवा है। इससे संक्रमित व्यक्तियों के मरने का आंकड़ा 38 प्रतिशत है। चीन में हंता वायरस का यह मामला ऐसे समय पर आया है जब पूरी दुनिया वुहान से निकले कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से जूझ रही है।
कोरोना वायरस से अब तक 16 हजार 500 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। यही नहीं अब तक दुनिया के 382,824 लोग कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित हो चुके हैं। कोरोना वायरस की व्यापकता का अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि यह वायरस अब 196 देशों में फैल चुका है।
हंता के संक्रमण का पता लगने में एक से आठ हफ्तों का वक़्त लग सकता है। जनवरी 2019 में हंता से संक्रमित नौ लोगों की पेटागोनिया में मौत हो गई थी. इसके बाद पर्यटकों को आगाह भी किया गया था।
