कोरोना वायरस को फैलने से रोकने के लिए दिल्ली स्थित अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (AIIMS) ने एक बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए सोमवार 23 मार्च से सभी ओपीडी को अस्थायी रूप से बंद करने का फैसला लिया है।
एम्स के चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ. डी.के. शर्मा ने शनिवार को कहा कि COVID-19 वायरस को रोकने के लिए 23 मार्च से एम्स अस्पताल और सभी स्पेशलिटी क्लीनिकों में नियमित रूप से चलने वाली ओपीडी को अस्थायी रूप से बंद करने का फैसला लिया गया है। इससे पहले एम्स ने सभी लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा था कि यदि जरूरत ना हो तो अस्पतालों में ना जाएं।
बता दें कि, हर रोज देशभर से हजारों मरीज इलाज के लिए दिल्ली एम्स में आते हैं। इसके चलते यहां मरीजों की भारी भीड़ हो जाती है, जिससे मरीजों में एक-दूसरे से कोरोना वायरस फैलने का खतरा बना रहता है।
To prevent the spread of corona virus, Delhi-based All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has taken a major step to temporarily shut down all OPDs from Monday 23 March.
AIIMS Medical Superintendent Dr. D.K. Sharma said on Saturday that to prevent the COVID-19 virus, a decision has been taken to temporarily shut down the OPD run regularly at AIIMS Hospital and all specialty clinics from 23 March. Earlier, AIIMS had appealed to all the people to not go to hospitals if there is no need.
Let us know that, every day thousands of patients from all over the country come to Delhi AIIMS for treatment. Due to this, there is a huge crowd of patients, due to which there is a risk of spreading corona virus from each other.
